Set up automated email notifications to keep your team and customers informed.

Notification Types

SPHUD can send notifications for various events:

Notification Groups

Create groups of recipients for different notification types:
  1. Go to Settings → Notification Groups
  2. Create groups (e.g., “Managers”, “Technicians”)
  3. Add team members to groups

Routing Rules

Configure which groups receive which notifications:
  1. Go to Settings → Email Notifications
  2. For each notification type, select recipient groups
  3. Configure additional routing options

Customer Contacts

For customer-facing notifications, you can include customer contacts as recipients based on the notification type.

Email Templates

Customize the content of notification emails:
  1. Go to Settings → Email Templates
  2. Select a notification type
  3. Customize the subject and body
  4. Use variables for dynamic content

Available Variables

Templates support variables like:
  • {{mspName}} - Your MSP name
  • {{customerName}} - The customer’s name
  • {{teamMemberName}} - The recipient’s name
  • {{date}} - Current date
