Email Notifications
Set up automated email notifications to keep your team and customers informed.Notification Types
SPHUD can send notifications for various events:| Event | Description |

| Team Member Invited | When new users are added to your MSP |
| Task Due Reminders | Upcoming maintenance task reminders |
| Daily Summary | Aggregated daily activity report |
| Issue Alerts | When issues are logged |
Notification Groups
Create groups of recipients for different notification types:- Go to Settings → Notification Groups
- Create groups (e.g., “Managers”, “Technicians”)
- Add team members to groups
Routing Rules
Configure which groups receive which notifications:- Go to Settings → Email Notifications
- For each notification type, select recipient groups
- Configure additional routing options
Customer Contacts
For customer-facing notifications, you can include customer contacts as recipients based on the notification type.Email Templates
Customize the content of notification emails:- Go to Settings → Email Templates
- Select a notification type
- Customize the subject and body
- Use variables for dynamic content
Available Variables
Templates support variables like:{{mspName}}- Your MSP name{{customerName}}- The customer’s name{{teamMemberName}}- The recipient’s name{{date}}- Current date
