Commission Tracking

Calculate commissions for technicians based on the customers they support.

Enabling Commissions

  1. Go to Settings → Commissions
  2. Toggle Enable Commission Tracking
  3. Configure the settings

Commission Configuration

Pricing FieldWhich Stack field determines customer pricing tier
User Commission RatePercentage of user revenue as commission
Device Commission RatePercentage of device revenue as commission
Require Task CompletionOnly pay commission if maintenance tasks are complete

Pricing Tiers

Set different pricing per user/device based on customer tier:
  1. In commission settings, add pricing entries
  2. For each dropdown value in your pricing field:
    • Set price per user
    • Set price per device

Assigning Technicians

  1. Open a customer’s detail page
  2. Go to the Technicians tab
  3. Assign technicians with their commission split percentage
Multiple technicians can share a customer with percentage splits totaling up to 100%.

Commission Dashboard

View the Commission Dashboard to see:
  • Each technician’s total potential commission
  • Payable commission (based on task completion)
  • Breakdown by customer

Task Completion Requirement

When enabled, commissions are only payable if the customer’s maintenance tasks are completed for the period. This incentivizes thorough service delivery.
