Accessing Settings

Click Settings in the main navigation.

General Options

Organization Details

• MSP Name
• Currency (USD, GBP, EUR, etc.)

Billing Cycle

• Monthly Reset Day - Which day of the month tasks reset (1-28)

Theme

Choose between visual themes:

• Legacy Glass - Compact, information-dense layout
• Apple Modern - Clean, spacious design

User Management

Manage team members and their access levels:

API Keys

For external integrations (N8N, Zapier, custom scripts):

1. Go to Settings → API Keys
2. Click Generate New Key
3. Copy the key (it won’t be shown again)
4. Use in your external tools
