Suggestion Board
The Suggestion Board is where you track recommendations, improvement ideas, and potential upsell opportunities for each customer.Adding Suggestions
- Open a customer’s detail page
- Navigate to the Suggestions tab
- Click Add Suggestion
- Enter the suggestion details
Suggestion Information
Each suggestion can include:- Title/description of the recommendation
- Priority level
- Estimated value
- Notes and context
Use Cases
- Security improvements needed
- Upgrade recommendations
- Process improvement ideas
- Additional services that would benefit the customer
- Items to discuss in review meetings
