Suggestion Board

The Suggestion Board is where you track recommendations, improvement ideas, and potential upsell opportunities for each customer.

Adding Suggestions

  1. Open a customer’s detail page
  2. Navigate to the Suggestions tab
  3. Click Add Suggestion
  4. Enter the suggestion details

Suggestion Information

Each suggestion can include:
  • Title/description of the recommendation
  • Priority level
  • Estimated value
  • Notes and context

Use Cases

  • Security improvements needed
  • Upgrade recommendations
  • Process improvement ideas
  • Additional services that would benefit the customer
  • Items to discuss in review meetings
